Who We Are

Thriving Aces Behavioral Services is a South Florida-based therapy practice focused on helping adolescents and adults on the Autism Spectrum reach their full potential. Our team is composed of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who provide personalized care rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We understand that everyone is unique, and so is their journey. That’s why we prioritize tailored treatment plans, family involvement, and a holistic view of progress. Personalized ABA Therapy Services for people on the Autism Spectrum

At Thriving Aces Behavioral Services, we specialize in delivering compassionate and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy tailored to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.   • ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis)

    We offer in-home‍, in community , in school and center-based ABA therapy, allowing flexibility based on family needs and the appropriate environment. This service focuses on behavior reduction, communication, independence, self-regulation, daily living skills, and emotional growth.

  • Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)

    We conduct detailed assessments to understand the root causes of challenging behaviors. These assessments guide the development of effective, personalized intervention plans based on evidence and data.

  • Parent & Caregiver Training

    We work closely with families to ensure progress extends beyond the therapy session. Through guided training, parents and caregivers learn how to support behavior strategies, reinforce goals, and navigate everyday challenges with confidence and consistency.

  • Independence & Daily Living Skills

    We help adolescents and adults build essential life skills empowering them to become more self-sufficient at home and in the community for increased societal integration*

  • Social Skills Training

    Designed for adolescents and adults who struggle with social interaction, our group and individual sessions help clients learn how to initiate conversations, read social cues, share and build meaningful friendships in a safe, structured environment.

  • BCBA Supervision & Assessments

    BCBAs conduct in-depth behavioral assessments, set treatment goals, monitor data, and adjust plans as clients progress. They also provide direct supervision to ensure that services are aligned with industry standards and family expectations.

  • Collaboration with Additional Providers

    Our team works closely with pediatricians/PCP’s, neurologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, feeding specialists, neurologists, and physical therapists to ensure a well-rounded, coordinated approach to all clients’ care.
